1. Fill Appointments
All eyelash extension sets must be filled within 2 to 3 weeks after your initial appointment to maintain fullness and lash health.

2. Overdue Fills
Appointments scheduled after 3 weeks will incur a $20 overdue charge due to additional time and product needed.

3. New Set Requirement
If 4 weeks or more have passed since your last appointment, your service will be considered a new full set, and standard pricing will apply.

4. Groupon Policy
Each client may redeem a Groupon deal only once. This special offer is a one-time introductory promotion—no exceptions. We’re excited to welcome you with this great deal and look forward to seeing you again at our regular rates!
